Teton Tacos
Ingredients:
- 1 package Teton Waters Ranch Cheddar & Mild Jalapeño Beef & Pork Bratwurst
- ½ small red cabbage, cored and sliced thin (8oz)
- ¾ C thinly sliced red onion (½ small red onion)
- 1.5 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- Pico de gallo
- Lime
- Cilantro
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Run red onion under cool water and drain to remove harsh bite.
- Add cabbage and red onion to a mixing bowl. Pour lime juice and avocado oil over top and lightly season with salt and pepper. Toss evenly to coat and set aside.
- Sauté or grill TWR Jalapeno Cheddar Bratwurst.
- Meanwhile slice avocado into small pieces.
- Warm tortillas.
- Layer all ingredients in warm tortillas. Cabbage slaw, bratwurst, avocado, and pico de gallo. Garnish with fresh cilantro and a lime squeeze.
