Out On The Range Spicy Summer Kababs
- 1 package Teton Waters Ranch Spicy Andouille Sausage
- 2 peaches
- ½ red onion
- ½ sweet white onion
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Preheat the grill to high.
- Cut onions, peaches, and sausage into similar sized pieces.
- Toss ingredients in a bowl in the olive oil and white wine vinegar. Salt to taste.
- Put ingredients on skewer in an alternating fashion.
- Grill the kebabs, turning until onions and sausage are cooked through. 5-15 minutes.
