Lentil Pasta and Hot Dog Bowl

Ingredients:
- 2 cups green lentil pasta
- 2 cups raw spinach
- 1 cup whole cherry or campari tomatoes
- 1 cup organic tomato sauce
- 3 TWR grass-fed hot dogs, sliced
- Parmesan cheese (to taste)
Directions:
- Prepare green lentil pasta according to directions on the box.
- While pasta is cooking, on a separate burner add whole tomatoes to the pan and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Also on a separate burner cook hot dogs to your liking.
- Once pasta is al dente, drain the water and add tomato sauce and spinach into pot with pasta
- Once hot dogs are cooked, slice ~1/2 inch thick pieces. Add to pasta pot and mix ingredients
- Once spinach appears wilted, plate and serve! Add parmesan cheese (to taste)
