Chai-Spiced French Toast with Breakfast Links

  • 2 pieces of sourdough bread
  • 1/2 cup oat milk (or plant milk of choice)
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1/2 tbsp chai spices 
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 original breakfast links
  • yogurt 
  • granola 
  • almonds (or nuts of choice)
  • wild blueberries (or fruits of choice)
  1. Mix oat milk with chia seeds and let it sit for 10 mins (chia seeds will expand).
  2. Then mix in maple syrup, chai spices, and vanilla extract.
  3. Heat up a pan with coconut oil on medium heat.
  4. Dip sourdough into the mixture, coating both sides then fry on the pan.
  5. Flip once then take off when both sides are starting to brown.
  6. Follow package instructions to heating up breakfast links
  7. Then, top off toasts with yogurt, granola, almonds, and wild blueberries.
  8. Enjoy!
