Chai-Spiced French Toast with Breakfast Links

- 2 pieces of sourdough bread
- 1/2 cup oat milk (or plant milk of choice)
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp chai spices
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 original breakfast links
- yogurt
- granola
- almonds (or nuts of choice)
- wild blueberries (or fruits of choice)
- Mix oat milk with chia seeds and let it sit for 10 mins (chia seeds will expand).
- Then mix in maple syrup, chai spices, and vanilla extract.
- Heat up a pan with coconut oil on medium heat.
- Dip sourdough into the mixture, coating both sides then fry on the pan.
- Flip once then take off when both sides are starting to brown.
- Follow package instructions to heating up breakfast links
- Then, top off toasts with yogurt, granola, almonds, and wild blueberries.
- Enjoy!
