Breakfast Sausage Egg Bites with 100% Grass-Fed Beef


  • 1 package TWR 100% Grass-Fed Beef Classic Breakfast Sausage, diced
  • 10 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded or grated
  • 1/2 cup Milk 
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups Spinach, sautéed
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut Oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
  2. Dice the TWR Breakfast Sausages and mushrooms into small, bite sized pieces. 
  3. In a medium sized pan, let coconut oil come to a simmer. Add diced mushrooms and spinach to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes only on low heat. 
  4. In a large mixing bowl, add eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until evenly dispersed.
  5. Coat muffin tray with an even layer of cooking spray. Evenly divide mushrooms, spinach, cheese and cut sausages across the tray.
  6. Evenly pour egg mixture into the muffin tray over the vegetables, cheese and sausage.
  7. Place in oven for 16-20 minutes. When fully cooked, remove from oven and let cool.
  8. Either serve the egg cups immediately or store in the refrigerator to heat up!
