Return & Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY 

  • Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours (Monday - Wednesday).
  • Any orders received after 10 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesdays will ship out the following Monday.  
  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
  • We ship Refrigerated and Frozen products separately to ensure products maintain the correct temperature state during transit. 
  • Refrigerated orders (Dinner Sausages, Hot Dogs) ship with gel coolants via FedEx 2-day.   
  • Frozen orders (Burger Blends) ship with dry ice via FedEx 2-day. 
  • Flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 applies to all orders that are less than a full case by temperature state, unless otherwise noted. Free shipping on orders with case quantities or higher (refrigerated and frozen need to be a full case each for FREE shipping).
  • Currently, we do not ship outside of the contiguous United States
  • All packaging we ship is eligible for curbside recycling. Please reuse or recycle!

Return Policy

Online Purchases ONLY

Damaged Shipments or Incorrect Shipments

  • In the case of damage or incorrect shipment Teton Waters Ranch will replace the damaged product(s) or ship the correct product(s) at our cost. Due to the frozen nature of the products, Teton Waters Ranch does not accept direct returns. Product will arrive within 14 days of notice.
  • Please contact us at support@tetonwatersranch.com with the original order number and requested action. Include a photograph of the damaged product or incorrect product as well as your email, phone number, and address so we can contact you.
  • All shipments will be made to the original shipping address
  • NOTE: Because dry ice evaporates over time, there may be little to none left once your items are delivered. Provided the items are slightly frozen/cold, they can be immediately placed into the freezer. If your items are still cold, they are perfectly safe to consume.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please let us know via email at support@tetonwatersranch.com with the original order number and explanation of why you are dissatisfied. Please include your email, phone number, and address so we can contact you.

  • There is a lifetime limit of one dissatisfaction refund per shipping address.
  • Dissatisfaction refunds will be for the purchase price.
  • All refunds will be in the form of credit to the original purchasing vehicle (credit card).
