Whole30 Breakfast Hash

It's time to end the days of boring breakfast. Upgrade yours with the hash below.


  • Ghee or avocado oil⁠
  • 1 cup frozen bell peppers⁠
  • 1/4 cup diced onion⁠
  • 1 small sweet potato⁠
  • 4 Teton Waters Ranch spicy breakfast sausage links⁠
  • Guacamole for topping⁠


1. Heat up a nonstick skillet to medium heat and add oil.⁠

2. Add bell peppers and cook for about a minute, then add onion.⁠

3. Once onions are translucent, add sweet potato. Cook for about 6-8 minutes. ⁠

4. While the sweet potato is cooking, heat your breakfast sausages for about 2 minutes in the microwave. Once cooked, dice the sausages into small pieces and add to the skillet.⁠

5. Once everything is nice and crispy, plate your hash and top with a big scoop of guacamole. 

6. Enjoy!
