It's time to end the days of boring breakfast. Upgrade yours with the hash below.
1. Heat up a nonstick skillet to medium heat and add oil.
2. Add bell peppers and cook for about a minute, then add onion.
3. Once onions are translucent, add sweet potato. Cook for about 6-8 minutes.
4. While the sweet potato is cooking, heat your breakfast sausages for about 2 minutes in the microwave. Once cooked, dice the sausages into small pieces and add to the skillet.
5. Once everything is nice and crispy, plate your hash and top with a big scoop of guacamole.
6. Enjoy!
