Spicy Mummy Sausages Recipe

I used 3 packages of @twrgrassfedbeef Spicy Andouille Sausages for this recipe and it’s 12 servings.

Ingredients

Dough Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups gluten free flour 
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup ghee 
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

Directions: 

  1. Pulse all ingredients together in a food processor on the dough setting until dough is formed. If you don’t have a food processor, you can also do it by hand. 
  2. Separate the dough in 12 little balls. Slowly roll the balls into long strips of dough and wrap them around the sausages. 
  3. Spray with ghee or olive oil and air fryer at 400 for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
