Slow-Cooker 100% Grass-Fed Beef Sausage & Vegetable Soup

Slow-cooker recipes are a great solution for busy weeks; just toss all the ingredients into the bowl and turn it on low! When you come home in the evening, not only will your house smell amazing, you’ll have a slow-cooked meal ready for you to enjoy.

Our 100% Grass-Fed and Grass-Finished Beef Sausages are an easy protein to add to any vegetable soup recipe!


  • 1 package Teton Waters Ranch 100% Grass-Fed Beef Sausage, sliced into bite-sized pieces, we used the Cheddar & Mild Jalapeño flavor
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 3 cups baby spinach


  1. Place all ingredients except spinach in the bowl of a slow cooker, and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours.
  2. Just before serving, stir in spinach until wilted. Enjoy!
