Ingredients

  • 7 Teton Waters Ranch Grass-Fed Classic Hot Dogs
  • 1¾ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • Everything but the Bagel Seasoning (optional)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray.
  2. Cut each hot dog into 3 even pieces. In a large glass bowl, add the mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Then heat again for another 30 seconds. Stir in the almond flour and egg. Combine until you have a dough ball, working with your hands, as needed.
  3. Place dough ball between two sheets of lightly sprayed parchment paper. Roll into a rectangle about 12-inches by 10-inches or so. Place onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 9 minutes. 
  4. Remove carefully. Allow to cool briefly, and well still warm but cool enough to handle, quickly cut into 21 smaller rectangles and roll each hot dog piece. Sprinkle with seasoning, if using. Return to oven for 6-8 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  5. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
