Jalapeño Cheddar Bratwurst and Mash

  • 4 Teton Waters Ranch Jalapeño Cheddar Bratwursts
  • 8 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 4 tbsp ghee
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste


  1. Clean potatoes and cut into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Place potatoes in a large pot and fill with water.
  3. Add a pinch of salt to the water.
  4. Bring the pot to a boil and boil until potatoes are soft, about 10-12 minutes.
  5. Drain potatoes and transfer to a large bowl.
  6. Mash potatoes with a potato masher, then add almond milk, ghee, salt, and pepper.
  7. Using a hand mixer, beat together until creamy.
  8. Grill Jalapeño Cheddar Bratwursts in a skillet over medium heat.
  9. Serve Bratwursts and potatoes together. Enjoy!
