Ingredients

  • 2 packages, TWR 100% Grass-Fed Bun Length Hot Dogs
  • 2 bags, Hot Dog Buns (we like Udi’s Gluten-Free Buns)

Topping Ingredients:

  • 1 can, Sauerkraut
  • 1 jar, Pickled Relish
  • 1 jar, speared Pickles
  • Spicy Brown Mustard, we used Primal Kitchen
  • Ketchup, we used Primal Kitchen
  • Sriracha
  • 2 Tomatoes, 1 sliced & 1 diced
  • 1 White Onion, diced
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/2 Pineapple, diced
  • 2 fresh Jalapeños
  • Cilantro, finely chopped
  • Crumbled Goat Cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to 350°F
